I adore Jackie’s character. She has so much realism and flaws and she’s so believable. I feel bad for Tom, though. I’ve grown to love him though I was indifferent at first.

Poor guy, he puts up with a lot of craziness from Jacky, but this is beyond even his limits, I think.
I can honestly say the only thing I *loathe* about Jackie is the way she treats Tom. He is such a nice guy and so damn GOOD to her, not to mention hot. Maybe it’s because I love geeky boys or because he is almost exactly like my own boyfriend but I want her to realize she has a good man! CAW!
I have to say, I genuinely fear for my best friend in his search for a surrogate mother so that he and his partner can have a child… I keep urging him to adopt because so far the only women who have offered are 100% crazy. And… no matter what, that’s someone who is going to be attached to your life if they carry a child for you.
